China's national standard for cold plate liquid cooling now defines cleanliness as five measurable numbers. COOLPiRE builds the instruments that produce those numbers — and the record that survives an audit.

Annexes A and B are normative

Cleanliness used to be a judgement call.
Now it is five numbers on an acceptance sheet.

GB/T 48023—2026 requires that secondary-side piping be flushed with deionised water after pressure testing, for not less than 24 hours, and that water quality be tested afterwards. Both requirements use mandatory language.

A note on scope: GB/T is a recommended national standard. It does not self-enforce — it becomes binding when a project writes it into tender documents, contracts or acceptance procedures. That decision is the one that matters.

Mobile Vacuum Coolant Fill & Exchange System

Evacuates before filling to eliminate trapped air. Spent coolant is captured in a closed circuit and routed to licensed disposal.

  • Vacuum fill removes residual air from cold plate channels
  • Volume, coolant type, batch and channel SN logged end to end
  • Closed waste capture (clause 6.2.5 requires professional recovery)
  • Clean and fill reports merge into one delivery record

The standard sets secondary-side filtration at 50 μm or coarser.

Which tells you something: built-in filtration intercepts. It does not restore.

  • 50 μm does not catch what cold plate microchannels care about
  • It does nothing about deposits already adhered to the wall
  • It does nothing about corrosion products or biofilm
  • It does nothing about dissolved metal ions
